Policies.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations need to be made 24 hours ahead of scheduled appointments. If you have to cancel under 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged. Our cancellation fees are 50% of ALL SERVICES BOOKED; example $50 service would be charged a cancellation fee of $25. This can be paid via card on file or through cashapp.
Menstrual Cycle: If you begin your cycle before your scheduled appointment and are uncomfortable with still being seen, we will not charge you a cancellation fee but do ask that you reschedule within 7 days. If you are unable to reschedule within 7 days, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Sickness: If you are sick and need to cancel your appointment under the 24 hour time
frame, we will not charge you a cancellation fee. We do ask that you reschedule within 7 days, if your are still feeling sick after 7 days please contact us for further rescheduling.
This includes ALL illnesses including COVID.
Changing booked services: If you have multiple services booked and need to change/ cancel one of those services, please do so in the 24 hour time frame. If you do not adjust your appointment services in the 24 hour time frame, a cancellation fee is charged for those cancelled services. We have blocked off time on our service providers schedule for each service and if you do not plan on receiving all services then we can adjust our service providers schedule to allow someone else to book.
Weather: We DO NOT waive the cancellation fee due to weather. If you are unable to make your appointment due to the weather please contact us to see if you can adjust your appointment time for that day. If you are running late, contact us and we will still get you in same day. If there is inclement weather predicted for our area, a courtesy text will be sent as soon as we know to confirm if you would like to reschedule or still keep your appointment. Depending on the forecast, we may close for the safety of clients and staff.
No show Policy: If you no show on your appointment, you will be notified and charged 50% of your ALL SCHEDULED SERVICES. NO EXCEPTIONS. If 3 no shows occur, you will no longer be able to book with us. We value our clients time and ask that they show us the same respect.
Late Policy: We do offer a 10 minute grace period, if you are going to be late please contact us through phone/text. If you arrive past the 10 minute grace period you will have a $10 late fee added to your appointment and will have to wait to be worked in. If you choose to cancel then a cancellation fee will be charged.
Children: We do allow children to your appointments. They can sit in the lobby or come in the treatment room ONLY IF THEY CAN SIT STILL DURING YOUR SERVICE. We are not responsible for damages done to our property or the property of Tyler Tedford (landlord).
